A thorough search of our database is performed, candidates are approached to ascertain their level of interest in the role. At this stage we are also very proactive in seeking candidate referrals. We currently offer incentives and have a great deal of success tapping into the passive market (those candidates that are not actively looking or who are not registered on an agency database)


Search and Selection
Search is essential to capture the passive market of candidates who are in place in a similar post and not necessarily seeking work. Search will guarantee an approach is made to the appropriate person from a target list of companies

Search can be national brand based, and location based. Search can occur in phases according to cost and timescales.

We will provide full MI and project information for each assignment. Detailed feedback on candidates reaction to the opportunity in terms of, the location , the salary, the brand etc - tangible decisions can be made on the basis of this information .
