Key accountabilities:
Own the planning process from day 7 to 365 for various business areas.
Forecasting demand for business areas, over 3 sites.
Schedule staffing against demand for each business area.
Support intraday/real-time team by providing guidance on re-forecasting/staffing changes & utilization of real time monitoring/WFM tools.
Facilitate daily buzz sessions with the operation to review performance
Conduct weekly/month meetings to review the following week forecasted service level delivery for each area.
Complete impact assessments for a new initiative asses the impact this will have on each area of the business
Manage and Maintain WFM tool for each business area within the remit. Including, but not exhaustive creating contact types, management units, queues, agents, skills, tour group and templates.
Review demand profile and identify seasonal, monthly, weekly, daily and interval trends
Create and impendent review shift patterns to ensure staffing meets demand effectively, with minimal inefficiency.
